Leigh Girvin, Executive Director
Leigh served as a volunteer planning commissioner on the Upper Blue Planning Commission from 1992 – 2002, co-chaired the Joint Upper Blue Master Planning Committee during that time, and served on the Town of Breckenridge Planning Commission from 2008-2010. Prior to joining CDLT in 2002, she was executive director of Summit Huts Association. Leigh has called Breckenridge home since 1972, and has seen numerous changes in her community since her childhood in Summit County.
